My lap tops WiFi will work off of my employers Modem/Router, but wont recognize or work off of my home WiFi. Dell tech support sent me two driver dowloads (Bios & WLancard) of which successfully downloaded. But my home Qwest WiFi wont pickup my wireless Dell laptop. Qwest Tech came to home and said modem is functioning properly. I need HELP !!!

You sometimes need to tell your laptop's wireless card which specific network to connect to. Navigate to network connections and right click on the wireless icon. Select View Available wireless networks. Connect to your router.
