does a wiper motor on a vauxhall corsa need welding or bolting ?

thinking about buying a vauxhall corsa but the wiper motor has been broke trying to find out if it just needs a bolt or it will need welding

Wiper motors are bolted to the car body. Sometimes the bolts work loose over time and the linkage to the wiper arms jams up as the motor wobbles. The motor itself may be defective or perhaps its control circuitry.
