Vauxhall Astra wont start?

I have a Vauxhall Astra Van 1.7 Diesel. I have had a new Alternator and Battery fitted and it still wont start therefore something is draining my battery can you help??

Is starter engaging and turning the engine over
Does it just clic .....is engine locked up .....???????
