Simpson Esprit 600 wont stop filling with water?

We have checked the balance, all O.K Mesh filter bagis missing but unrelated to the fact that the water just keeps filling into the machine and doesnt shut off
which floods the laundry. Can anyone advise on how to fix this problem please?

Probably a faulty inlet valve. To check, start filling the machine. While water is coming in press timer knob in to stop machine. Water should stop immediately. If water continues to enter machine or is slow in stopping then valve is faulty. Try this 3 or 4 times before you decide that it is ok because sometimes this fault can be intermittent.
