Piaggio zip 50cc .. wont start ?

Piaggio zip 500cc wont start .. told it would be cdi/coil unit or spark plug so purchased both and still exactly the same !!! Tearing hear out .. any ideas ???

could be anything, 1st & foremost is it sparking (y/n)? is it getting fuel (y/n)? if the answer is yes to both of these questions then it should at least make an attempt to start even if only for a few seconds. post a reply & i will try & help you out if i can.
