help fix 1996 suzuki katana 750?

BIKE SEEMS TO RUN OK WHEN COLD. ALSO WHEN PLUGS ARE NEW. AFTER IT WARMS UP (ABOUT 10 MILES OR SO)IT BEGINS
TO MISS AND NOT RESPOND THE WAY IT SHOUD. I HAVE HAD
THE ORIGINAL CARBS GONE THROUGH. THAT DIDNT HELP. SO I
UPGRADED THE CARBS TO SUZUKI GSXR CARBS. THEY ARE
SUPPOSE TO BE A BETTER BIULT RACK OF CARBS. BIKE RAN OK FOR ABOUT 30 MILES OR SO. BUT THEN STARTED ACKTING THE
SAME. THE SPARK PLUGS BECOME BLACK. WHEN I WENT TO STORE
IT FOR WINTER, I COULD NOT EVEN GET IT TO RUN.IT DID BACKFIRE BUT THAT WAS IT.
I AM THINKING IT MUST BE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM, LIKE THE
COILS ARE GETING HOT AND START TO MISS OR SOMTHING?

done
It sounds more like its running too rich and fouling the plugs with carbon deposits, you should really use the standard carbs for it or at least use the standard jets from the set you took off also make sure the air filter is clean and the mouth for it where it gets its supply of air from is free from any obstruction i.e a bag or pair of gloves under the seat!!thats quite common believe me ,also make sure the fuel tap is working ok and its not allowing fuel to get into the vaccum pipe and into the top of number 3 carb where it fits on the diaphragm cap,ok good luck adam

sounds like coils are breaking down when they get warm, start ringing round some bike breakers for a second hand set to try.
