toyota lucida 2.2 td auto K reg?

I have all of a sudden lost electric windows and blow heaters, checked all fuses and are not visibly damaged. Can anyone help??

fuses are not blown as thay have been tested with a multimeter, are there any othe fuse/relay's anywhere else other than the small ones under the bonnet or the ones in passenger footwell?
