Fisher and Paykel Smart Drive 053 is stuck on rinse, how do I fix?

After doing a normal wash cycle, my smart drive 053 suddenly got stuck on rinse. Have checked the valve at the tap for blockage - all clear. Help!

What do you mean by stuck on rinse? More info required. Does it drain all the water out? Does it beep or come up with any fault code?
