HOW TO CURE OVER HEATING?

MY C8 2.2 LTR ON 06 PLATE, IS OVER HEATING. A NEW THERMOSTAT AND TEMP SENSOR HAVE BEEN FITTED AND THE PUMP APPEARS TO BE WORKING, ALSO RAD HAS BEEN FLUSHED OUT TWICE. GARAGE HAVE SUGGESTED THAT THE TURBO COULD BE AT FAULT, ANY SUGGESTIONS
