i used the gas can i always do for the two cycle weed eater unfortunately someone put regular gas in it the weed eater worked for about a hour then shut off and i realized the problem dumped the gas put new gas in but the starter wont pull now please say i can fix it ...its my dads weed eater and he will be p*ss*d

If you mean that you have run the machine without oil then you could be in bother...however, let it cool down and see if the engine frees up again.
