The seadoo will run very well for approx. 40-45 minutes then it will bog down and not run well at all and will only go in slow speed. What is wrong with it?

replace plug wires and plugs with gap set at 0.30 and check oil for water do a oil change .check all fuses.use only 94 to 98 gas. DO NOT USE ADDITIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!

That happened to my 1996 SeaDoo GTX, and it was because water had filled the hull to the point that the battery terminals & other exposed electronics were going under.
Pop the seat up and take a look...if there's more than an inch or two of water in the hull, find out why and fix that first.
