CAN A SKODA FABIA CLUTCH BE ADJUSTED?

Can i adjust the clutch pedal on a skoda fabia 1.4 2002 model. pedal has to be lifted right up before the car starts to move.

Take it back to the garage that fitted it, they need to put it right for free.

I have just had my clutch replaced but now it has lost the pedal and will only go into 3rd and 5th, we have tried to bleed the clutch and its fine no air locks has anyone any ideas what is going on and how to fix it?
