how do i repair my yardman 144w834p401 mower? ?

how do i repair my yardman 144w834p401 mower? It is not getting fuel from the gas tank to the carburetor. I have blowed out all of the lines and there is nothing clogging it. Is there a fuel pump on this? I do not see one.
