HI there my candy cna127 just finuished the cycle and wouldnt open , I put it on a spin cycle only and i could open it but hasn't spun. Cleaned out bung hole and loads of grey stuff and water came out, am now trying it on a wash cycle to see if that has made a difference but would appreciate advise pleeeease!
