how do I get the anti roll back on a vw Polo 1993 ?

I need to get one end of the anti roll bar fitted back into the lower track arm thats fits onto the bottom of the hub/front suspension because of it being under high tension I can not pull it in to line up ? The model is 1993 VW Polo Coupe Genesis 1272cc THe front suspension unit is integeral with the hub
