Air vents stay in open position at the floor board but won't open when changed to the console 1991 corvette. If operated by vacum i can not find vacum line.
Sorry to say but GM engineers aren`t concerned where or how they do things........if I remember right we had a vette that had the same problem and some of the vac lines were actually in the fender well.............jesus ...

Either the vacum to control head is gone or the ac control head 9 port vavle is bad.
