How can i fix my fuel starvation problem?

No fuel is getting through to the engine; tried manual bleeding no success. Is their a filter in the fuel tank?

Most cars and vans have a in tank sock filter that is connected to the fuel pump and even the ones that have a external fuel pump have filters in the tank.

Think you'll find you should have electric pump in the tank, chech the fuse and the inertia cut off valve hasn't been activated.
