my saxo is smokin a lot of white smoke out the exhaust i was wanderin if any1 cud help me out its had a recent headgasket change ant not been driven more than 10 miles since that and am wandering what the problem is?

Problem suggests that there is still water getting into the combustion chambers or may still be sitting in an exhaust box.
Question is the car using water?
Is there any water in the oil?
When the cylinder head was off was it pressure checked
Also was the head checked for flatness
It could be that if it was cracked or not true replacement head gasket would not resolve the problem
Suggest you get compression checked
