ford conect charge light on?

hi ignition light comes on 30 seconds after you start the van just bought the van was messing about with fob code on ignition switch previously .has it messed up computer or is there another code to put it right or any sugestions ! thanks

check the wiring that runs back from the alternator up onto the radiator fan housing and under the intercooler. best to remove the intercooler for better access the wiring will be corroded and broken sumwhere there. common problem have had it loads of times
