Toshiba Equium M40X won't start up!?

My toshiba won't turn on, when there is a power cable plugged in and power button is pressed, the blue power light comes on and the fans whirr before cutting out. Blue light remains but no screen or noise. Any ideas?

go into your cmos and reset to default value maybee due to a virus or hacker been overclocked i same prob with m40. and after reset worked fine

If the fan Is running your celeron cpu is probably burnt out and will need replacing
