How to disconnect the automatic choke (Honda Sky)?

Does anyone know how to disconnect the automatic choke on a Honda Sky please? Also, where is the petrol switch to turn the petrol on? (If there is one)

I thought this might be why the bike keeps cutting out. I think it might be the auto cock assembly now.
