Is it right that steam only emits from the top holes on the soleplate. I have just purchased this iron and picture on box shows steam emitting from all holes on the soleplate but while ironing it is evident that no steam emits from the bottom section of soleplate. I would be grateful of any help. I am a little disappointed with my purchase. Can anyone help?
