have a thetford cassette porta-potti c2 model.there is no power when trying to flush the toilet.what could be wrong?could it be the battery?

Could be a bad connection, Microswitches,fuse. flat battery or you haven't turned on the 12 volt system, which is unlikely but know someone who hadn't.
