My pilot light went out on my Kenmore gas Dryer,
Model#97595220. Can I light the pilot myself or do I have to call the gas company to do it?

Assuming you have a gas dryer and less than 20 yrs old, this dryer does not have a pilot light. Electric ignitors have replaced the "pilot light".

More than one possible cause why the dryer will not heat.

Worth repair, but call a repairman.
