gear box?

i recently put a full new clutch in my t reg fiat punto and now it all together the clucth is the best its ever been but the problem i have now is when i put in 2nd gear or reverse it seems to wonder and lose the linkige on the gears im pickled and would some one please help me figure this out would be much appriechaited, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP
