32cc craftsman wont start?

I cleaned the carb and replaced all the fuel lines I also do have spark but for some reason my 32cc craftsman line trimmer will not start w/or w/out the choke is there some other thing I could do or check?

your cylinder could be worn or cracked does it have compression if not this is most likely your problem
