mercedes 310 diesel handbrake tension adjustment?

how do you add tension to a mercedes 310 handbrake. recently when i put my handbrake on the van starts to roll even on very gental slopes.

its near the back axle round disc where the single cable splits into two. i think u need a 13 mm spanner to loosen then u spin the disc round to tighten up the slack in the cable
