My dryer continues to turn - but no heat! The place to start would seem to be with a maintenace manual or wiring diagram. How do I go about getting started?

mine is a white knight but not sure of the model, but is was doing the same turning but no heat whatso ever. I tried the reset button for the thermoset button on the back but did nothing so took back off and found the reset button on the back wasn't pushing the reset button inside so pressed it and put back back on and now its working fine.
