how can i sort my waher?

i have a beko wma 1715s washer, at 1st it was flashing pre-wash led light, i tried the swith off press start and cancel button together select 90 degree was etc. it seemed to be ok at 1st, BUT now it starts a cycle then PAUSES itself. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
