I have a line at the top of my picture tube Please Help?

I own a 32" JVC D-Series TV and it has gotten a 1-2 inch line on the top of the screen that is a different picture then the rest of the screen. You can see the rest of the Picture but it is distorted and it goes upside down when the picture passes through the line. I dont want to get a new one for this set cost me a chunk of change!! Please Help

Ryan your tv has some bad capacitors in the vertical circuit
possible bad vertical ic.
Both easy to repair issues call around tv shop should be able to quote a price on this repair should not be way expensive.
