my Sony Vaio VGN-CR363 switches off automatically without any reason. It doesn't matter whether it is running on battery or power supply. Should i run Vaio recovery??

Run a Google search 'Vaio shutdown problems' and read up on the threads. The problem is common and seems to point to a capacitor failure associated with overheating. Other than a repair, the only maintenance possibility is to check that the cooling fan and vents are free from dirt/dust.
