I can get my blue line to move left to right on my self convergence but my red wont move up or down. the Hitachi 43fdx01b is about 6 yrs old

I,ve fixed many of these sets.Your problem is caused by failure of the convergeance ics' and associated resistors that are near the ics'.Unless you understand resistor values and are good are fine soldering,Do not attempt this repair.You could cause other damage that would make a mid price repair into a basket case.Get estimates' from 3 shops.
