My remote for the above model quit working despite change of batteries. I cannot access DVD menu, thus have to watch such things as subtitles, no use of DVD menu, etc. Can you help me? I am not connected to cable, but use the recent gizmos to bring in basic TV stations. The subtitles, in particular, are driving me nuts.
