cutting out?

I have a ford fiesta and when I'm driving and come to junctions or slowing down the battery and oil light comes on and i have to start the engine again. This does not happen all the time but would like to sort it out. Would love some help Thank you :)

is the engine running very slow sometimes it can be just the tick over needs adjusting or maybe a loose breather pipe
