ERROR CODE ON CANON COPIER UNKNOWN?

CANON COPIER NP6012F turns on and does not operate. The error code is "CC" but the manual does
not define it. Please advise

If you still have this problem try to call supportrix at 1-866-437-6418 or check www.supportrix.com. they will help you fix this problem. A friend of mine referred me to them and they were absoulutely great
