When i try to use my WK767 it powers on for about 3 seconds, then trips out the main trip in my fuse box. Any ideas?

Mine was doing the same but after emtying the water bottle, pulling out & cleaning out the heat exchanger and then pushing in the re-set button on the rear of the machine it ran ok. Another thing to note is that too heavier a load will also cause it to trip out as it puts too much strain on the motor.
