I prime the engine and it will start every time but then dies on me I can see a throttle but although it has a spring to return it to tick over I cannot see what would cause it to move, ie. no cable to pull it open unless it is tied internally to what I have always assumed to be the throttle. anyway pulling on this does not cause it to move. I assume that the engine is a fixed speed
