when i connect the TomTom sat nav to the power i have the green light on but the TomTom won't turn on

Hi, try to reset your sat nav, its realy tiny little button behind, saying ,RESET, and you may need needle for that, but need to be on charger first, I had same problem and my works now, hope this will help, Melanie
