my tumble dryer is ruining my clothes?

my tumble dryer is leaveing black marks and small holes in the clothes, its a indesit is60v, 6kg. Any suggestions would be appreiciated.

I had this with a wash/dryer.
The dry element temp control was faulty, so it was burning the clothes. Small holes, dark patches. Probably the same. Over heating
