van wont start?

my transporter has been struggling 2 start in the mornings but it sarts fine later in the day then this morning it would not start at all. is this a battery problem or glow plugs. glow plugs are two & half years old.

could be battery, glow plugs or coolant temperature sensor. glow plugs should be ok if only 2 yrs old but hard to say what it could be without looking at it.
