How can I fix my Hotpoint First Edition WMA20 Washing Machine?

My washing machine has been working great. Today I have found that the cycle ended after only 15 minutes and the powder was still in the detergent drawer afterwards. I have checked all the connections and the drawer isn't blocked. Any ideas?
