How can I fix my Adata turbo sd memory card?

Adata My Flash 4GB 150X Turbo SD Memory Card. It's brand new and I can't format it. I go to format in my camera (and it is compatible) and it starts, saying it's formatting then after a few seconds a message comes up saying ERROR 00-00-00 26-03-06.

The error code is coming from your camera and so you need to look that up in the camera's manual. You don't say what the camera is so unable to help further.
