starting problem on peugeot speedfight 2 50cc?

when i press the starter button the starter relay just clicks and nothing else happens and the battery is fine. it doesn't even turn over. and the starter motor and the ignition is also fine. any suggestions?

my peugeot speedfight will not start there is a gd spark and fuel is getting to the head bt there is nothing i have bought a new imobiliser and all sorts i just carnt find the probelem
