I have a renault clio R reg?

I am having problems with the sun roof leakimg and causing the immobilser to stop working. Any suggestions.
It is an infrared immobiliser.

Its usually the radio aerial at fault here and they all do it...its hidden behind the interior lamp unit, where the central locking receiver is.
