remote key fob will not work after changing batterires

3 possibilities ...
1.... fob needs to be paired to the car again ... all cars are different but usually only a 2 min job .
2.... a small diode ( little electronic component) has fallen out of your fob when you opened it and fob wont work without it
3.... faulty fob
... very possible it is number 2

if you have a spare key fob try batteries in other one to make sure batteries are not faulty even though they are new. If not it will be the micro chip in key fob so you need a new key. Timpsons Shoe and Key repairer,where i had to purchase a new key fob myself was far cheaper than main dealer which i payed 25 pounds for paul
