your cold start is stuck on, lossen the small barrel stop on the end of the cable and adjust it back. mines was the same. it still starts no problem whn cold and idles at 750 rpm.

check the damper (looks like small shock absorber) on the fuel pump is functioning correctly and pushing back accelerator cable.
