how can i fix my vectra b y reg ?

hi i have a vectra 1.6 and she wont rev parst 3500 i have serviced it and changed all the sencers but it has not helped any idears and the engine light does go off once u start it and it starts first time and ticks over fine

Blocked exhaust? Just take it to an exhaust fitter , they can usually tell just by feeling the floww of gas at the tailpipe.
