i have a fisher & pykel smartdrive 608 washing machine and when i turn it on it seems to start normally but 5 minutes into it, it stops and starts to beep while the hot and cold water lights flash as well as the "short wash" button (because i set it to short wash) but if i set it to a normal wash, then that light will flash instead. And it never washes the clothes properly. how can i fix this promblem?

Turn the taps on. Hot & cold flashing means it is getting no water. Also check filters on either end of inlet hoses & inside the inlet valve where the hose screws on to. The filters may be blocked.
