I have an old homelite chainsaw model Xl that is overheating?

I have an old homelite chainsaw model Xl that is overheating to the point that the fuel is boiling. I have used compressed air to clean out the cylinder fins what am I missing?

the fuel boils even after opening the cap. when running the fuel pushes out the vent

Does the fuel continue to boil once you release the vacuum from the fuel tank?
