This emachine model has a power issue. You will have to replace the power supply as well as the motherboard

If it were your psu you'd have no lights, as no power would be coming in. If you hear beeps it's likely to be a ram or graphics problem. Otherwise, you've probably got a bad processor. BTW, are you sure the monitor works?
